Amelia's and Ola's Wedding
July 19, 2003

Amelia was very nervous as she walked down the aisle with her father. Not because she was getting married, but because she had to stand in front of a room full of people!
Just married

They were both extremely pleased that the ceremony was over and neither of them had fainted.
Cutting the cake

Here is a good close up shot of the wedding gown. It was made from silk, had a halter neck, low back, and a short train. The top had beads hand-sewn on it that I had to cut away in order to get the fabric under the presser foot on the sewing machine. Notice the line of pearls at the waist.
Proud in-laws

The proud in-laws: Håkan, Lorry, Amelia, Ola, Anna-Karin, and his grandmother Ingegerd.
3 sisters

My three lovely daughters:

Linnéa 21,

Amelia 27,

Carla 26.

The bouquet was made from blue roses, blue freesia, and white feathery flowers that I don't know the name of.
